Karen is Past President 2007  for her local Board of Realtors.  She is also the 2007 recipient of the Frank Nardo Realtor Achievement Award. She is REALTOR® of the Year 2008. Karen was elected the Vice President of Washington Realtors, Business Practices for 2011.

 

She also holds the designations of ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), SRES, (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and is e-PRO Internet Certified by the National Association of Realtors. She is a member of the prestigious Allen Hainge Cyberstars (tm) an exclusive,  by invitation,  group of leading high tech real estate professionals from North America, Mexico, the Bahamas and Australia.
